Since November 2012, Ignacio Moliner is the Head of Global Communications and Brand at BBVA. The responsibilities tied to his position include External and Internal Corporate Communications, Brand and Reputation and Corporate Responsibility. He is also a member of BBVA’s Management Committee.
Ignacio Moliner had been Director of Corporate Communications at BBVA since 2010. Prior to that, he was CEO of Uno-e, Head of Finanzia Banco de Crédito, Vice-President of ASNEF, Director of Corporate Development of BBVA, and Equity Capital Markets Director, among other positions.
Ignacio Moliner, 46, is married and has three daughters. He was born in Burgos, Spain. Ignacio Moliner holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid, and earned an MBA from the IESE business school.
Ignacio Moliner currently is a member of the board of the Association of Communications Directors (ADC-Dircom) and of the Corporate Excellence (Centre for Reputation Leadership).
