Stephan Fuetterer develops online and offline PR programs since 1996. He is General Manager and founding partner of Best Relations, a consultancy company established in 1998, and is also member of the board of directors at Dircom, where he manages the Comission of Innovation and New Technologies. He previously worked at Edelman Public Relations Worldwide and Beatriz Hotels.
Stephan develops strategies for building and managing corporate reputation and profitability models based on collaborative online communication platforms. He has been working for clients such as Coca Cola, Carrefour, BBVA, Repsol, Google, Microsoft, eBay, Samsung, Merck, Calvin Klein, Asus, Yahoo!, Blackberry, Ericsson, Spotify, E.on, Cetelem/BNP Paribas, Women ‘s Secret, Suavinex and various national governments.
He is the author of the books “SOCIAL BUSINESS” and “Mi Comunidad… ¿Me quiere o no me quiere?”. He has also published several articles and has been interviewed on topics related to digital business management.
Stephan is a visiting professor at IE Business School, Universidad Complutense, Universidad Europea, Universidad Carlos III, Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, Universidad Siglo 21, Nebrija Business School, Escuela de Negocios Europea, CESMA Business School and is academic partner of the School of Journalism at Unidad Editorial. He has also participated as a speaker at forums such as APD, Dircom, Internet Society, IPRA, ExpoInternet, Invest in Spain, Procom , MWW, etc.
Stephan is German and holds two degrees: one in Public Relations at CENP and one in Arts at RESAD. Additionlly, he has also studied art history, design, programming and photography.
