The World Public Relations Forum (WPRF), organised by Dircom and the Global Alliance, will include on the 22nd of September a session dedicated to the analysis and debate of the state of corporate reputation in global organizations.
The panel will be moderated by Luis Gallardo, Chairman of Consumer and Brand Marketing Practice at EMEA of Burson-Marsteller, and a great expert on the matter, for whom the present challenge is giving to the corporate reputation a “personal character”. In his opinion, “you have to know what moves clients and consumers to be able to meet their needs and cause a WOW, wherever they are”.
In this session on reputation both national and international experts will participate like Cees Van Riel, Co-Founder and Vice Chairman of the Reputation Institute, Ángel Alloza, Chief Executive Officer of the Corporate Excellence Centre for Reputation Leadership, and José Manuel Lancha, Partner and CEO at Villafañe&Asociados Consultores.
The parallel reputation session will be part of a plenary one dedicated to transform communication analyzing from point of view of the reputation, corporate social responsibility, measurement and relationship between agency and client, how changes happening on social, economic and digital level are affecting the organisations business strategies.
